Our Classes

Bikram Yoga

Bikram is traditional Hatha yoga and is the original hot yoga series. It comprises 26 poses and two breathing exercises that remain the same.

Hot Pilates Barre is a challenging group session that incorporates the foundations of pilates, combined with ballet-inspired moves and elements of dance, yoga and strength training.
