Bikram Yoga

Bikram is traditional Hatha yoga and is the original hot yoga series. It comprises 26 poses and two breathing exercises that remain the same. The static nature of Bikram allows students to explore postures more intimately, holding them for longer and supporting a deeper stretch. Bikram yoga is a perfect class for building strength, improving flexibility, endurance, alignment and focus. It reduces stress and anxiety by enhancing our breath quality as we learn to breathe more fully and correctly. This class has phenomenal health benefits for all ages and physical capabilities.

Hot Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa in Sanskrit means “to place in a special way”. Vinyasa is a breathing and movement system maintained during class to generate internal cleansing. Each movement of a series of poses synchronised with the breath helps guide the body into lightness and alignment, focusing the mind internalising the awareness. Vinyasa yoga causes us to sweat, which helps remove toxins from our bodies, leaving the body pure, strong, light, and healthy. Once the body becomes purified, we can purify the nervous system and the mind. Vinyasa is the foundation for our complete purification. To further enhance the benefits and feelings of well-being, we use the element of heat.

Hot Pilates

Hot Pilates is a complementary alternative to hot yoga classes, where you can target and tone core muscle groups. We believe it is beneficial to move in various ways to build strength and restore the body to optimal health. Pilates can challenge you differently from yoga, supporting the next fitness level. Heated pilates is a fantastic cardiovascular workout, great for heart health and burning fat and calories for weight loss. Kids Yoga

Our yoga for kids develops flexibility, balance and strength in fun, nurturing and encouraging environment. Hot yoga classes are the perfect remedy to a hard day at school and feelings of isolation. It’s a great way to boost their self-esteem while supporting emotions, anxiety levels, concentration and memory. We keep the temperature low in these classes to not overwhelm the kids.
