Molly covered a few classes with us a while back, and we're beyond excited that she's now moved to the area and joined us properly. Her classes are welcoming, down to earth, and open to everybody, no matter your age, experience, or ability. Expect mindful movement, plenty of encouragement, a few laughs along the way, and a space where you can simply show up as you are. With almost a decade of teaching under her belt, including time at other hot studios, Molly genuinely loves a good hot workout, and it shows. Her real gift is connecting with people, creating a community where everyone feels supported, challenged, and right at home on their mat. You might also clock a little accent. Like most of our teachers at HYC, Molly brings her own international flavour, and we love it.
